2. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

Security Violations

Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or infrastructure
Execute or distribute malware, viruses, worms, trojans, or ransomware
Perform SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), or buffer overflow attacks
Conduct brute-force attacks or credential stuffing
Exploit security vulnerabilities without responsible disclosure
Circumvent authentication, encryption, or security measures
Interfere with firewalls, intrusion detection, or security systems

Service Abuse & Disruption

Launch denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
Consume excessive bandwidth or resources to disrupt service availability
Conduct automated scraping or data harvesting without permission
Run unsupported bot networks or sweeper scripts on platforms
Interfere with load balancers, CDN infrastructure, or routing
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or analyze proprietary systems
Spam support channels, forums, or communication systems

Illegal & Harmful Content

Transmit, store, or distribute illegal content or materials
Publish child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or related content
Distribute content promoting terrorism, violence, or hate
Share copyrighted or proprietary material without authorization
Engage in harassment, threats, or defamation
Facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, or financial exploitation
Collect or misuse personal data of others without consent
Distribute drug-related or illegal goods/services

Privacy & Intellectual Property Violations

Use services for unauthorized surveillance or monitoring
Violate intellectual property rights (patents, trademarks, copyrights)
Redistribute Monecuer software or platforms without license
Create derivative works without written permission
Use our branding or trademarks without authorization
Mask identity or use spoofed credentials to access services
Share confidential client or operational information

3. Division-Specific Restrictions

Monecuer Tech Platforms

Do not use APIs or infrastructure for unauthorized commercial purposes
Respect API rate limits and usage quotas
Do not resell or redistribute software without licensing agreement
Do not use development platforms for competing services without disclosure

Victory Power Network & Livestreaming

Do not stream illegal, violent, or exploitative content
Respect copyright for all audio/visual content broadcast
Do not misrepresent your identity or authorization to stream
Do not interfere with broadcast infrastructure or other streams
Comply with licensing requirements for music and media

Spectre Films & Creative Services

Do not use production assets outside the scope of your agreement
Respect talent rights and clearances for all media
Do not reproduce or redistribute creative work without permission
Do not modify branded content without authorization

Ultra Focus News & Publishing

Do not publish false, defamatory, or misleading information
Do not violate journalistic ethics or press regulations
Respect source confidentiality and editorial standards
Do not misuse publishing platform for spam or promotional abuse

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

Monecuer Inc. reserves the right to:

Monitor activity for compliance with this policy
Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities
Preserve logs and data as evidence for legal proceedings
Report violations to law enforcement when appropriate
Block IP addresses or geographic regions engaged in abuse
Implement rate limiting and resource controls
Audit client systems for compliance during security reviews

5. Responsible Disclosure

If you discover a security vulnerability or compliance issue:

Report it to security@monecuer.com immediately
Do not publicly disclose the vulnerability before we've had 90 days to patch
Do not access or modify data beyond what's necessary to demonstrate the issue
Do not share the vulnerability with third parties or on social media
Provide clear documentation and steps to reproduce the issue

6. Consequences of Violations

Depending on severity, violations may result in:

Warning: First-time minor violations
Suspension: Temporary account or service access restriction (24 hours to 30 days)
Termination: Permanent account deletion for repeated or severe violations
Legal Action: Civil or criminal prosecution for illegal activities
Financial Penalties: Restitution for damages caused by violations

7. User Responsibilities

Use strong, unique passwords and enable multi-factor authentication
Keep account credentials confidential
Monitor account activity for unauthorized access
Report suspicious activity to our security team immediately
Update software and security patches promptly
Maintain compliance with local laws and regulations
