1.1 Software Development Services

- Tech Stack: React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, GCP
- Engagement Models: Fixed-price projects, time & materials, retainers, staff augmentation
- Deliverables: Source code, documentation, deployment architecture, security audits
- Support: Lifetime technical support, maintenance, hosting optimization, security updates
- Timeline: Custom quotes provided per project scope

- Services Include: AI chatbot development, business process automation, ML model integration, NLP implementation
- Data Handling: Client data is encrypted, anonymized, and never used for public model training

2.1 Video Production

- Deliverables: Raw footage, edited cuts, broadcast-ready formats, multiple resolutions (4K, 1080p, mobile)
- Revisions: Included revision rounds per SOW; additional revisions billed separately
2.2 Photography Services

- Licensing: Client receives perpetual license for specified uses

6. Limitations & Disclaimers
- Services are provided on an “as is” basis
- Force majeure events (war, natural disaster, pandemic) may impact delivery

- Delays caused by client feedback or scope creep may extend timelines
