Protected Assets

All software, code, designs, documentation, AI models, media infrastructure, creative works, and digital assets associated with Monecuer Inc. and its divisions (Monecuer Tech, Spectre Films, Victory Power Network, Ultra Focus News) are the exclusive property of Monecuer Inc. and are protected by International Intellectual Property (IP) and Cybersecurity Law.

No part of this software or its source code may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission of Monecuer Inc., except in the case of brief quotations embodied in critical reviews and certain other noncommercial uses permitted by copyright law.

This license applies to Monecuer Tech software, Spectre Films creative works, Victory Power Network infrastructure, Ultra Focus News publishing platforms, and all subsidiary services.

This license covers all Monecuer Inc. products and services across all divisions:

Publishing platform
Content management
Editorial tools
Distribution systems
Reader analytics
Monetization tools

3. Usage Restrictions

No unauthorized redistribution or reselling of Monecuer products.
No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling of proprietary software.
No creation of derivative works without prior written consent.
No use of Monecuer branding or trademarks without authorization.
No sublicensing or transfer of rights to third parties.
All custom solutions delivered to clients are governed by their respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).

4. Client Deliverables

For custom development projects, intellectual property rights for deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment as specified in the SOW. However, Monecuer retains rights to:

Reusable frameworks, libraries, and components developed independently
General knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project
Tools and methodologies used in development
Portfolio and case study rights (unless explicitly waived)

5. Third-Party Components

Our products may include third-party open-source components governed by their respective licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, etc.). These components retain their original licenses and are documented in our projects.

6. Enforcement

Violation of this license may result in legal action under the laws of Zimbabwe and International Cybersecurity Regulations. We actively monitor and enforce our intellectual property rights.
